Shipping Terms

We only deliver with DPD and not to DHL packing stations. The delivery takes place in the following countries with the following shipping costs incl. VAT:

Germany: 4.95 euros.
From a gross order value of 60 euros per order, free shipping within Germany!

Belgium/Netherlands/Luxembourg/Austria: EUR 9.25 (free shipping from a gross order value of EUR 100)

Denmark - Czech Republic: 12.91 euros

France: 12.10 euros

Italy/Poland/Slovakia/Slovenia/Hungary: 15.20 euros

Portugal/Spain (mainland)/Ireland/Sweden: 22.79 euros

Estonia/Finland/Croatia/Latvia/Lithuania: 26.36 euros

Bulgaria/Greece/Romania: 36.71 euros
Delivery Switzerland

The delivery for our Swiss customers takes place exclusively via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch. Please register here: https://meineinkauf.ch/bestellen/Bei-mir-zu-Haus-schweiz/.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. Customers are advised to check details with customs/tax authorities prior to ordering.

The following applies to deliveries to Switzerland: the statutory VAT of 19% on goods and shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof of VAT paid to Swiss customs.

More payment details

The invoice amount is to be paid within 14 days in the case of payment on account. Corresponding invoicing takes place via the PayPal partner Ratepay.
