returns

If you want to return the ordered goods or part of the ordered goods, you can do this within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt of the goods. According to general EU law, we will not reimburse you for the postage for the return, i.e. you have to bear the costs of the return yourself. Please fill out the cancellation form and enclose it with the return.
