Please fill out the return slip provided here and enclose it with the return.

According to general EU law, we do not cover the costs for return shipping. We will reimburse you for the value of the returned goods, excluding any shipping costs that may have been paid.

If the order total for deliveries within Germany falls below the amount of 60 euros due to the return of part of the ordered goods, we must subsequently charge 5.95 euros for shipping costs (DPD or 7.49 euros (DHL). For Austria, the subsequent calculation of 8 EUR .25, for the BENELUX countries EUR 8.90 if the ordered goods in a delivery fall below EUR 80.
